Chief Financial Officer
In 2006, Al-Ayn (Iraq) started providing care and support to orphaned children and their families. Today, Al-Ayn (Iraq) serves over 61,000 orphaned children living in poverty. Al-Ayn Social Care Foundation (UK) works in collaboration with Al-Ayn (Iraq) to give orphaned children the tools they need to fulfil their potential at each stage of their lives. Al-Ayn are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the teamJob responsibilities
- Overseeing the work of the Finance Department and managing members
- of the finance team.
- Overseeing back-office operations, including human resources, IT, and
- equipment, and managing members of the office team
- Supporting admin and logistical requirements of regional offices
- Implementing and developing financial systems and controls
- Preparing annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitoring and reporting on relevant KPIs
What Al-Ayn are looking for
Required skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role, with finance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in accountancy software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable skills
- Accountancy related qualification
- Arabic language
