  • Processing Customer orders
  • Requesting Payments
  • Making Invoices
  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Dealing with returns
  • Scheduling orders
  • Booking orders (With couriers)
  • Printing labels (DPD, UPS etc)
  • Tracking orders
  • Banking reconciliation
  • Customs clearance paper work
  • Filling appropriate forms e.g DGN
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Make purchase orders
  • Negotiating Prices
  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Chasing up credit notes
  • Dealing with product compliance

What we are looking for

We are looking to an office administrator to join our friendly team. Some experience is essential but training will be provided.

This is for a full time position Monday to Friday 9.30 to 17.30
