We’ll dive into what shapes a marriage, the factors that can contribute to distress alongside any guidelines to communicate better. Ways of managing conflict resolution will also be discussed, followed with a Q&A

    Join our November Chai & Chat session led by Sr Najia Hansraj. We will use colours, words and designs that reflect what brings you comfort, strength and joy.

    Take time to pause, connect and create a meaningful painting that reminds you to make space for what restores and uplifts you. No art experience is needed.
