We pray you are all keeping in good health.

Pursuant to clause 9 of The KSIMC of London’s constitution, the Executive Committee (EC) hereby gives notice today, Fri 15 November 2024, for a Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on Friday 29 November 2024 at 7.30pm to discuss the following items:

1. Recitation of the Holy Quran and translation thereof
2. Presentation of Accounts and Treasurers’ Report followed by adoption of the audited account of the Jamaat for the previous financial year as per clause 6.9.3. Click here to download the audited accounts.

These matters need to be discussed in advance of the next AGM for the following reasons:

The EC has received the final signed audited accounts and per constitutional guidelines, is calling an SGM to be able to have these adopted and filed by the 30 November 2024.

Please ensure your 2024 membership has not lapsed should you wish to participate and vote at this SGM. Light refreshments will be served.

This event will be held in person only at Hujjat Imambara, Wood Lane, Stanmore, HA7 4LQ.
