Whether you’re looking to find some zen or catch some zzz’s, join us for an evening of yoga and mindfulness.
This event will be led by Nihal Mohammadali who will share some yoga and relaxation practices with attendees to help them feel calmer in their bodies and minds.
The yoga and relaxation session will be an hour and there will be time at the start and end of the event for socialising.
Tea and great company will be provided!
