The data collected by this form will be used by the Hujjat to:

– Enable the planning, running, and evaluation of the Hujjat Events
– Communicate effectively with  members
– Support the delivery of other Hujjat projects and tasks

It will be stored securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR on the Hujjat Digital Working Environment (DWE) and will be accessible to the Hujjat Team.

There will be physical activities at this event including but not limited to Archery and Sports which carry a degree of injury risk. Although the utmost care and attention will be provided by Al Haadi Youth and any instructors involved, I understand that KSIMC of Hujjat or Al Haadi Youth is not responsible for any injury sustained by the participant during the course of this event, as well as loss, theft, injury or damage to personal possessions. I also understand that I am able to take out private personal accident insurance/travel insurance for my child if I wish to do so.
