We welcome the Azaadars of Imam Hussein (as) to our center this Muharram 2025!

As we are days away from the first nights/days of Muharram I wanted to brief you on a few logistics for your own knowledge and ease.

Being a large community, a lot of logistics are needed for the smooth running of these events – Your patience during these nights and your cooperation with us will contribute to the overall experience for the whole community so thank you in advance for your cooperation – greatly appreciated!

Please note, what we have decided through operations can change on a day to day running as we are constantly in contact with the men’s side who deal with logistics and crowd control and such challenges.

Room Use in the morning Ladies programme (Urdu with Zakira Zakia Batool).
Ladies Majlis will take place in the main hall as every year. Overflow chairs will be put in the long room on the side. The mothers and toddlers will be in the old Zaree room.

Our volunteers will indicate and assist you.

Room allocations in the evening: We have 2 lecturers – Urdu will be downstairs.

All halls downstairs will be Urdu lectures. We do not have old zaree room, that will go to the gents. Chandalier room will have overflow chairs when the back if the main hall is full. Please note we have allocated wheelchair spaces the volunteers will guide you

The mother and toddler for urdu will be upstairs in the nursery sensory room closest to the toilets. Please note the corridor of the Ilm suite (nursery) is going to remain open for ease and freeflow for all.

The English lecture will be upstairs in the ELC. The Hawza entrance is strongly recommended for those going into ELC. 2ND floor is the overflow. Mothers and toddlers in Rahma room.

Parking on Friday (Juma)
Anyone not staying for Juma please park on the GRASS AREA of the Rugby.
