    Fatigue is one of the most common effects of cancer and its treatment. Join us for Chai & Chat on Sunday 30th November, 10am–12pm at Hujjat Stanmore, as we explore how to manage cancer-related fatigue and discover ways to Relax, Rejuvenate, Refresh and Re-energise.

    Open to anyone living with cancer, caring for someone, a survivor, or supporting a loved one.

    Qur’an Study Circle: Tafsir of Surah al-Hadid
    Ladies-only weekly sessions for Ages 25–50

    Darul Qur’an wal Itrah invites you to a mid-week session of reflection and connection with Allah's divine words.

    Join us for a 12 week tafsir course led by Aalima Aaliya Yusufali. The course will focus on the deep meanings and timeless wisdom found in Surah al-Hadid.

    This course will refer to scholarly works including Tafsir al-Mizan, Tafsir Namuneh, Tafsir Tasnim, and Tafsir Nur.

    🧕 For ladies aged 25–50
    👶 Child-friendly – mothers are welcome to bring their little ones
