In a marriage, the teachings are the teachers. Understanding oneself and each other is a critical first step, followed by adopting the right communication tools.
In this event, we will be sharing some useful information on how to understand one another, some communication models that have been suggested by experts as well as recognising the red flags in a relationship so that you can seek help.
