Further to our previous notices of 21 June 2026 (list of nominated candidates) and 24 June 2026 (candidates’ statements and manifestos), the Electoral Commission Team wishes to update the community on a number of changes to the candidate list ahead of polling on Sunday 5 July 2026.

The following candidates have withdrawn their nominations, and we thank them sincerely for having put themselves forward in service of the community:

• Anvarali Jagani – Vice-President
• Mahmood Anwarali Jagani – Honorary Secretary

 

In addition, Sajeda Kermally Panju has confirmed that she is standing as a General Executive Committee Member (elected by all members), and she is therefore listed under Executive Committee Members below.
