About the Role: 

As COO you will be at the forefront of the Organisation, leading the Team and providing a link with the Trustees, to create even greater collaboration and unity within the Organisation. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless day to day operations of our community services, whilst also helping to create real transformation through delivery of strategic planning. As a leader, you will also support the team to stay motivated and engaged, to deliver the ultimate outcome of providing community services to the highest standards. 

Salary Range: £45,000 to £55,000 subject to experience and skill set 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and Support: Inspire and guide our employed team to promote collaboration and motivation. 

• Operational Oversight: Ensure the efficient running of our centres on a daily basis. 

• Financial Management: Manage budgeting, reporting, and overall financial health. 

• Drive Strategy: Implement strategic initiatives that shape the future of Hujjat. 

• HR, IT, and Facilities Management: Oversee these crucial functions to ensure our operations are well-supported. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Senior Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a similar role demonstrating leading and managing teams. 

• Financial Acumen: Strong skills in financial management and operational planning. 

• Communication Skills: Excellent abilities in people management and communication. 

• Commitment: A genuine dedication and passion to Hujjat’s mission and values. 

• Can-Do Attitude: A hands-on approach to challenges and operations.
