Professor Anwar Padhani is an internationally recognized Oncological radiologist at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre, London, UK. He is a Professor at the Institute of Cancer Research, London and a trustee of the International Cancer Imaging Society as well as co-chair of the International Prostate PI-RADS committee. In 2012 he was awarded a personal chair as Professor of Cancer Imaging by the Institute of Cancer Research, London for his research, teaching and for collaborations. He has delivered over 450 lectures, including several plenary talks, at scientific and educational meetings and received several education awards as well as 2017 Gold medal. He has published many citable articles including chapters in textbooks, case reports, commentaries, and editorials, scientific journal reviews, and scientific articles in well recognised medical journals.

His passion and commitment to serve humanity and our community members is also embellished by his determination to pursue new and innovative ways of assisting clinicians to diagnose and manage the health condition. He shares his life journey and experiences with us in this conversation.
