Job Responsibilities

  • Dealing directly with the public for reservations, fares and ticketing
  • Ticket issue and reissue / revalidation
  • Collecting of payments for ticket sales – cash, invoices and credit card payments
  • Group bookings
  • Processing Cedat Miles enquiries and applications
  • Processing refunds
  • Monitoring travel agents
  • Completing daily Ticket Sales Report and handing over any cash to Accounts department
  • Liaising with airport ticket desk / traffic & cargo offices
  • Attending to BSP queries, raising ADMs / ACMs and analysing BSP reports
  • Answering & processing general enquiries from both agents & the public
  • Liaising with various departments locally and with Head Office
  • Filing, correspondence & records

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Airline GDS systems / Amadeus
  • Understanding of scheduled airline procedures and practices
  • Ability to act on own initiative
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral
