Further to our rationale for the beginning of the Holy month of Ramadan that was sent to the Offices of His Eminence, Ayatollah Seestani (may the Almighty give him a long life), we have, as is our practice from last year, received guidance from his office in Najaf that states:

‘It has been determined that tomorrow, Tuesday (2nd Aug), will mark the beginning of the holy month of Ramadhan for mumineen in London and all over Europe except those in Scandivanian countries.’

Based on this clear guidance, it gives us great pleasure to inform Mumineen that tomorrow will be the first of the Holy month.
